Are khakia and a polo appropriate attire for Cappaccino? It says there is a dress code.

Glass bottom is $10US per child, $15 for adults each.

Khakis and polo would be fine at Cappucinos.

Back to the sun now!

is it true that there's no shade on the beach for kids?

have you seen a suite? if so, are they as tired as people say the single rooms are? do they have a fridge?

are staff expecting tips every time?

is it noisy at night?

that's all i can think of right now - i'm SO happy you posted this!!! 26 days to go and the above were burning me up worrying!

How far out does the beach go, as far as being able to walk out in the water, and can you do that for a while without stepping on stuff?

Will answer as many as I can in few minutes:

Have been in three different rooms. All were a bit tired, and basic. But the suite we're in now is in the best shape. Actually very nice. I saw a friend's with updated bathroom - was nicer.

Mainly families here right now, but there are groups of teens, twenty-somethings and they seem to be having fun.

Nightlife is pretty quiet. A band plays every evening, then there are a variety of other acts that follow, mainly music.

There's a bus to the Hip Strip every night - goes to MARGARITAVILLE at 11:20PM. Too late for me.

There is lots of shade for the kids. We're here for two weeks. first week we never had a problem finding shade. This week is different. Folks are up at 6:30 reserving spots.
