Hi all,

I just came back from blissful vegan eating in Kingston, so I wanted to report that:

1. Mi Hungry is not closed at all, it is open and stupendous. (raw food)

2. Earl's Juice Garden, on Haining Rd, a few blocks from the Spanish Court Hotel, had me strung out on their juices (e.g., starfruit & pineapple) and shakes (e.g., sunflower seed), and they also have soups, patties, stews, baked treats, etc.

3. I only had a soup from Thea's but liked it--close to Earl's.

4. I had Firelight (a friend brought me the food but I didn't get to the restaurant), also really good raw food

5. New Leaf is a place in/on Lane Ligunaea, close to Old Hope Road at the end of a plaza, excellent take out. I had a pumpkin patty and an ackee patty. My friend had doubles. Yum!

6. The spot on Deanery road is also delicious but a little tricky to find.
