Gobecon or Blue Transfers from Airport

Hi! We are coming in April and currently booked Blue transfers but looking online noticed that Gobecon is much cheaper.

Blue charges $110 roundtrip to Hard Rock and Gobecon only charges $59.98 roundtrip to Hard Rock.

Has anyone used either of these and know why Gobecon would be so much cheaper? Debating if we should cancel Blue and book with them?

We used Gobecon 2 weeks ago and only have one minor complaint... we pre-ordered some beers and water, and they never made it onboard (pay the driver, not pre-pay, so no $ lost). Not a big deal since the drive was only 25mins. Other than that they were on time for arrival and departure.

They are fairly new to the transfer business, so they are pricing low to gain some customers.

They have great customer service and respond to emails instantly: reservations@gobecon.com

When you walk out of the airport, there is a guy holding a Gobecon sign, he makes a call, and the van shows up. The van itself did not say Gobecon on it, I think they contract with Coral Business Partners, so the van had the CBP logo on it. Gobecon may have their own vans and only contract out during the busier times, but not sure.

We used Domincan Airport Transfers (DAT) our first trip and they did a good job too.

We have used Blue on all of our trips and have not had a problem. They do not offer drinks on the shuttle over to the resort but you can pick up a couple of Presidente's at the beer stand on your left as you exit customs. I am hearing good things about Gobecon though. We used their wifi device on our last trip and it was great. Our next time down we may just use them for both transfer and wifi.

Are those prices direct to the hotel or is it a shared transfer? If it is direct to the resort I would cancel with Blue and go with Gobecon. With Blue you typically will be on a shared transfer and may have a couple of stops before you get to your resort.

I think Gobecon is probably the way to go then. Can't beat that price for a private direct transfer.
