Punta Cana Fishing and Getting There

We booked a trip with Mike's for first time in Punta Cana. We are staying at Ambar. Mike's response says he'll pick us up at Bavaro (Principe Resorts). How do we get from Ambar to Bavaro at 7 a.m.?

Hi Befud,

Here is the resort map

www.resortsmaps.com/popup.html…

You will exit the Ambar to Ave Turquesa and catch the tram. Basically what ever room block your in just walk the paths to the main road where the tram runs.

The tram will bring you right up to the Bavaro Lobby.

On the resort map link above the Ambar is at the far top right. You will see the street with little blue tram pictures going up the street. Bavaro lobby is far left of that map Pink 1

Safe Travels!

yes, the Tram runs that early in the morning.

i would love to meet the clients at the Ambar lobby, but the small Ambar section within the large Bahia Principe Resort does sorrily not offer road access to their lobby for Transfers, so for all activities/transfers including when arriving/departing from the airport, you will meet your driver at the Bavaro Lobby and then hopp on the Tram to the Ambar Lobby. weird system, i know, one of the biggest resorts on the Island, but they forgot to plan on the space for a road to their Lobby for the Transfer Busses/Vehicles.

happy Easter

Mike
