how is punta cana Dominican republic after hurricane nov. 1 2017
It is fine. No problems. Are you thinking of going there?
There was a hurricane there November 1st?
What hurricane do you refer to?
Oh my nerves....................
So have you been there since the hurricanes back in Sept? I don't want to go there and have the place a spoiled mess with lack of food and resources... if its bad the resources should be for those that live there not the rich people on vacation...
The rich people on vacation boost the economy. The best thing you could do for them is to go there. And the hurricanes caused only a small amount of damage. Some trees knocked over and such. This was a couple of months ago. Everything was cleaned up in no time, and all is well.
I was in Punta Cana from Sept.29th to Oct 13th all hotels were up and running as normal, the only thing that was noticeable was the palm trees had fewer fronds on the palm trees and beach bars were having some remedial work done where the ocean waves had damaged them. No resources were compromised, no lack of food or drink, the whole two weeks was amazing whilst I was there. All excursions were running, I even had a day in Santo Domingo and all was well getting there and back, you would never had known that 2 hurricanes had past by the shores of the Dominican Republic.
Just go and have a great vacation, no need to worry.
