compare bavaro princess to ibero in mexico

I've never been to punta cana. Am considering the Bavaro Princess suites. Been to riu in negril jamacia and iberostar in riviera mexico. The price seems right but I'm not sure if I'll be disappointed. Can anyone compare. Also how long is the ride from the airport? Any info will be helpful

Thanks

Sofia

Hi Sofiamia,

My Husband and I have been to the Iberostar's in Mexico twice and also Bavaro Princess twice (with in one year). Just returned home from Bavaro Princess March 5th. My opion is I think you'll be much happier at the Bavaro Princess (GREAT resort!!) Keep in mind they have built 2 or 3 new Iberostar's right next to eachother on that stretch beach, lots and lots of people and children. I think there are 6 Iberostars right next to eachother now. Don't get me wrong the Iberostar's are one of our favorite properties. We are thinking about booking the Iberostar Bavaro in Punta Cana in October, another BEAUTIFUL resort!! The beaches in Punta Cana are MUCH wider, deeper and longer. If you're beach bums like my husband and I, and like to walk long distances,or find a secluded spot on the beach to soak up the rays you won't be disappointed with Punta Cana or the Bavaro Princess. Any other questions let me know.
