On Christmas Eve, most supermarkets will close by 6pm or so. All supermarkets will be closed on December 25th and December 26th. They will reopen to regular opening hours on December 27th. On December 31st, they will close by 6pm or so again. Closed January 1st, and reopening on January 2nd.

If you need to do shopping in Christ Church, you can visit the iMart Convenience Store at the Lanterns Mall in Hastings which will be open from 8am to 10pm on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

You can also visit the 99 Convenience Store at Quayside Centre which will also be open both days. These two stores will sell all that you could require and iMart also has a pharmacy. I'm talking wine, beer, drinks, snacks, bread, cheese, tea bags etc. You name it.

Also, all gas stations will also be open and a number of them on the South Coast are 24 hours including Shell on Bay Street, Worthing and Top Rock and Esso at Oistins. These have very good stores onsite selling necessities as well. You could also get pizza and hot dogs at all hours.

Hope this helps and feel free to ask any additional questions.

Regards

Thank you! We've been to Barbados numerous times but not over Christmas! Just want to make sure we can get basics over the holidays as we arrive then.
