Would love any input about which place? Traveling with 12 & 16 y.o. Is an all inclusive better and worth it? I have done the math and it is $55more pp for Turtle Bay for the all inclusive. Cant' decide between these two, Ocean 2 looks lovely! Thinking with the kitchenette and eating maybe one meal on the property and one in town may be better? Any insight/advice appreciated!

28 helpful votes To be honest this is an hard decision for me, Oceans 2 is definitely a more up to date hotel and has wonderful rooms and set on a lovely quiet beach. Turtle Beach is a big AI with a lot more for kids to do and they have a kids club (maybe a bit young for the 16 yr old). If it comes down to the price then i would choose Oceans 2, you cannot go wrong with either, so whatever you go for you will be happy IMO.
Ps - when i said TBH is big it is nothing like the AI in Mexico etc.
I agree with Brett but if you're saying that all inclusive at TB is only $55 more per person per day than accommodation only at O2 then, with teenagers, I would opt for TB unless you are intending to mainly self-cater.
