Hotel with activities, 13, 20 and 50 year old

We would be a family travelling with our 13 and 20 year old sons. We’re happy to spend time all together but really need a hotel with things to do, like tennis courts, water sports and gym. We would also like to explore a bit. I also get the idea that Bermuda is rather expensive to eat out, and with there being 4 of us it could get expensive. So is there a hotel which offers free activities and some meals?

You should probably check out--

GROTTO BAY BEACH RESORT--

http://www.grottobay.com/

with an eye toward signing up for either the MAP (Modified American Plan--(room full buffet breakfast, light afternoon Tea & Dinner) or their '..All-Inclusive.." rate plan (room, full buffet breakfast, lunch, light afternoon Tea Dinner, alcoholic beverages, non-motorized watersports equipment)

Our family(2 teens) stayed at Grotto Bay 7 years ago after Christmas. It was a good choice.
