Is there a central town?

We are thinking of going to Barbuda on our honeymoon because it looks gorgeous and secluded and full of relaxation. My only question is, is there a small town with shops and such where we could purchase snack and alcoholic beverages? We want to stay at the Beach House and I am just wondering how accessible these things are?

Hi

Coddrington is the capital of Barbuda. To call it a town would be an exageration, until this year the roads didnt even have names its that small. It has a bar and a small supermarket.

Detail about barbuda on

Roads on Barbuda are mainly dirt, no sign posts, when you ask are things accessible, Im not sure what you want to access, appart from beautiful beaches, frigate birds, two good hotel and a couple of guest houses there really isnt much else!

I guess what I meant by accessible was, is the supermarket walkable from The Beach House?

No, you'll need transportation.

Definately not and it is not really a great supermarket in th US sence more a smallish shop,

I would say if you are planning on staying at The Beach House and they do an AI package go for it.

Best wishes - Mun
