Can you charge drinks/meals to your room or do you need to carry cash/credit with you around the resort?
Are the drinks free in the Aruba casinos if you are gambling?
Yes, you can charge meals and drinks to your room if you are staying at the Radisson.
Hyatt as well. Just show your key card and sign away!
I m a gambler...I returned 2 days and I stayed in the Hyatt....The casino and hotel is much better than the Radisson. Both have free drinks.

Drinks are absolutely free in Hyatt's casino. But normally we tip a dollar or so for the service.
Hyatt...just a step up above the Radisson as far as overall facilities.
Radisson rooms are much newer (recent renovations) and have better balconies. But, overall atmosphere is better at Hyatt. Both though are great hotels for the money.
Drinks are free in all casinos on the island.
Most upscale hotels issue KeyCards that allow you to room charge during your stay.
Enjoy your trip!
