Taxi - US$25.00 probably your best bet.

Ditto what Bobcat said. $25 to the hyatt is per taxi (not per person). If on a Sunday or Aruban holiday there is a $3.00 per taxi surcharge.

I should add Taxi service can accommodate up to five passengers with luggage - you will find a taxi directly outside the arrivals terminal - not a problem. The dispatcher will assure you have the right sized taxi for your group and will give you the exact fare to the hotel.

Your fare will be US$25.00. All rides/fares are non-stop.Diversions or stops could/will involve extra charges. One luggage per person is allowed, an extra charge of US$2.00 for every additional piece of luggage, carry on luggage is not included as an extra.

Ditto what Bobcat sez. We have used taxi's many times, and we have also used Bully's service a few times (see above post). It is nice to see Bully standing there with your name on a card when you exit the luggage claims area. But, you will get the same service from every other taxi driver. All taxi fares are regulated by the government, and the last time we were there (last Dec.) we were given a slip of paper by the man ushering us to the taxi as to where we were going and how much it would cost. When we arrived at the hotel we paid the driver and gave him the slip of paper (and a $5 tip).

Also, as a side note--we found the public transportation (once you arrive at your hotel) to be safe and fairly inexpensive.
