Here goes.... the Marina is a hotel = hotel rooms. It is located across the street from the marina, dead center of downtown. It has a small, square pool and the rooms with balconies overlook an interior area. The basement is all shopping and it's attached to the casino. It seemed better for adults, not families. The Ocean Suites are situated just two blocks away but on a large piece of property surrounded on two sides by ocean. The rooms have a bedroom, living room with fold out couch and a kitchenette (microwave, two burner stovetop, sink, 2 refridgerators and plates, etc.) They are quite spacious for 2 and probably cozy with kids. The pools are very nice/lagoon like. The ocean pool located adjacent to the pool is shallow on the edges and surrounded by sand and chairs. I highly recommend the Ocean Suites for families. Both hotels have access to the private island which is gorgeous. Check out my review posted today!
