Loved our meal at Ricardo's this year- fresh veggies not frozen and a shrimp dish that was delicious! We also had a nice meal at Matthews- my husband loved his steak- he said it was one of the best steaks he's had on the island( I believe it was argentinean ) and I had a shrimp dish( piña colada shrimp- was pretty close to the dish I had at Ricardo's). We ate at Ricardo's before karaoke started and this was our friends favorite place we went- my husband liked Matthews better. The sangria at Ricardo's was yummy! We also liked our meal at WW but feel no need to go running back.

We're not big fans of Sole Mare so never felt the need to go back but others still like it. We also don't go to Wacky Wahoo's very often anymore - just not the relaxing dinner experience we're looking for (but their fish is good!) Love Barney's and Mango's! Ricardo's and Matthew's are both good but they're not on our "must do" list for every trip. It really just comes down to your own personal taste and what you're looking for. Have a great trip!

Big fan of Barney's. Go there "spur of the moment" every trip and they are always welcoming, good food & good prices.

No Tulips for dinner or Scott's Brats for lunch?

Those are hands down our favorite choices. But we are still newbies .... So much to learn!

Your list is very similar to ours for our upcoming trip. I missed making it to Gostoso for our first trip last year. I'm really looking forward to trying it out In a couple of months. The food is Great at Matthew's and Ricardo's. Ricardo is a very attentive host and a very interesting man. His staff is great too.
