Mmm lunch...

I remember hearing about somebody's little 'islet' resto-lolo-lunch place where he cooks your food in the sand slowly over an hour or two so you go early to order, then go back to eat.. I forget his name, but am very excited to experience this on our day-trip to Anguilla, can anyone brief me on this ? Thank You

Nats? Can you tell me more? Scilly Cay looks like the description a couple gave us while in St Martin ,, but the couple really made it sound like one guy(maybe with help?) and I pictured it 'earthier' maybe ,, thx Ellen

Nat's is a one man operation - it is called Nat's Palm Grove, he cooks crayfish and lobster -takes forever to get your order - really good if you don't mind waiting. He has a beach with chairs or you can sit inside and see his albums and bs with him - good way to spend an afternoon.

This is an old link - prices have gone up - place is still the same:

I think it my be Garvey's Sunshine Shack, located on Rendezvous Bay. He grills snapper, chicken and ribs, plays good music, has killer cocktails, chairs and umbrellas.
