Cooking class @ Cuisinart?

We want to visit Anguilla for a day for the hands-on cooking class at Cuisinart, but wondering if anyone has done this. Cost is $65/person. Assuming this includes a tour of the garden, the class and the resulting lunch with perhaps a glass of wine, and a bit of conviviality,it would be great, but if not I would consider doing something else. We are stayin on St. Martin & would take the ferry over for the day to do this.

I have not done the cooking class at Cuisinart. However, if I was staying on St. Martin and visiting Anguilla I would definitely visit one of the beaches--I'd recommend Shoal Bay East and do lunch at Gwen's or Maidieraman.

Again, I have not taken the class. But I would guess that since you live in D.C. you could find some amazing place to take a cooking class at home. The beaches on Anguilla are not to be missed!

I have done the cooking class and it's a lot of fun! I highly recommened it. That being said, I agree with the last poster-DON'T MISS THE BEACHES. No worries though, lovely Rendezvous bay is just steps away from your cooking class. After a nice walk and swim I suggest a cold one at the beach bar at the resort. Make a day of it!

Sungal,

Would you mind elaborating on what's involved in the cooking class? Thanks!
