surigao city whole day-what acitvity?

TAs,

Due to noon landing after the last ferry to Siargao. Shall be here on 19th whole day until taking 11am ferry next day. Stay in Gateway hotel that being 10min driving from port/airport. How to spend the hrs of evening and late afternoon safely? Advices appreciated.
