110 helpful votes If there are discounts on such tours, they are usually found on the web site of the provider, which you already have. Just be sure you're going to Grand Canyon National Park South Rim.

116 helpful votes For what it's worth, Destination Coupons typically offers some pretty good deals on Papillon tours as well ->: http://bit.ly/GWFuat But as Bob B indicates, the best prices can usually be obtained through the supplier directly, by booking in advance.
By the way, I looked at GrandCanyonHelicopter.nl and they do seem to match Papillon's rates, but the coupon codes look like they only apply to Las Vegas Grand Canyon tours. Any Grand Canyon helicopter tour departing from Las Vegas will go to Grand Canyon West (aka the West Rim, where the Skywalk is), not Grand Canyon South Rim.

Naturally you don't get any discount but our man canyontoursonebay here gets cut from any tour bought through his affiliate site.
