Lots of pics of the 3 trails for anyone considering a hike.

I will post a more detailed commentary soon.

Any corrections to mileages/animals appreciated.

1st post but I read a lot here and properly researched this. Thanks TA posters who helped.

Enjoy!

Wow! Amazing achievement and equally amazing photography. Next time take several days so we can see many, many more of your pictures.

Awesome photos. Did you hike by yourself? You must have been exhausted.

I love the photo of the Condor!

Awesome! Enjoyed the pics. I especially liked the condor and bighorn sheep. Can't believe you did it in such hot weather!

Nice! Crazy, yes, but still nice. :)

SJG, I'm guessing he flew by PR since he did a R2R each day!

OP, for your next hike, remember... "backcountry permits are your friend". ;)

Really great pics! My hubby and I did a R2R last year. We couldn't imagine getting up the next morning and doing it all over again. But then we are 50 years old.

We have friends who do a R2R2R every year and always wondered (gee, maybe I should just ask them) if they just carry extra clothes or wear the same ones the second day. Our clothes were soaked just from the R2R, I couldn't imagine either carrying them in my backpack or putting them back on again for the 2nd day. eeww!

A follow-up to the above...

At the risk of getting bleeped, the picture of Anthony after taking a swim in the Colorado makes me think he may have needed a certain piece of electrical personal grooming equipment. ;-)
