Beach and tides

I'm travelling to Nai Yang for the first time and I would like to know is the beach shallow or deep and do the tides make the beach look very different?

Is it possible to swim when it's low tide?

I spent 5 days in Nai Yang last week. Lovely place. The tide did go out slightly, but not that much. Swimming was fine, although still be careful as there is no such thing as a safe sea. I am not a strong swimmer so didn't go out too far. People were swimming all the time.

Have fun. Try the food at Phens, too, on the beach. Its awesome!!
