Auntie from Jozi is correct. the nearest Gautrain station to Lanseria would be Centurion, over 20km, as the crow flies, further by road.
As far as shuttles are concerned, I am not aware of any regular scheduled shuttle between the two airports.
However, others may know more.
Remember, Google is your friend.....You could try looking at the following:
