I hope you will not have problem finding group in October , whatever you need to contact with a trekking agency to organize your climbing permit and your trek, they will help you to find or join with a group too. have a nice trip~

I don't know if you are already set, but my trip to island peak/EBC just got cancelled..my dates aren't very flexible though, only 1-21 October. I see a few trips on offer I could join, but I was really interested in doing gokyo lakes as well as island peak which does seem to be feasible. The preorganised trips don't include gokyo.

Anyway, if you haven't made plans already, mail me back!
