Taxi service

This March will be our 10th visit to St. Marteen via cruise ship. We are sailing on Carnival instead of our usual Royal and we usual have a 5 hour beach break that takes us to Orient Bay for an enjoyable day with our bathing suits ON. We can't find the same excursion on Carnival and wonder about using one of the million taxis at the dock. Can we count on getting to Orient Bay AND back to the ship so we don't become residents of St. Marteen after our ship sails? Thanks and if anyone reading this has sailed on Carnival Victory and know if one of the excursions is to Orient Bay we would appreciate knowing.

1. Re: Taxi service

There are always tons of taxis to be found at Orient, especially if ships are in. You won't have trouble getting back to the ship.
