Palace Studio Shinjuku Parkside

Has anyone stayed in this apartment building. They are studio apartments and we are thinking of getting one apartment for two adults and one apartment for a teenager. I'm worried that the apartments are just too small for two people. I would like to be near Shinjuku. Thanks.

Is this a long term rental? Do they have furnished rooms for sort term rentals?

So you decide whether 22.68 -28.49 sq m is big enough for 2 adults.

Daily rates(min stay ~6 nights) are available from various websites such as hotels.com, agoda...

I highly recommend that you don't use Agoda. There are many other threads on Tripadvisor that will tell you why.

If you must use a 3rd party provider, see if you can find your property at Booking.com.

We stayed here in early April 2013 and thought it was just the perfect size. We stayed for 8 days on level 8.

We found this place not through Agoda but through wotif.com.au and then once booked had direct contact with the agency in Japan that takes care of the apartment.

If you're expecting it to big like "western" big then you'll still find it very small. It was sufficient for 2 adults (the main room functions as both a bedroom and lounge) where the bed was also the sofa. There was a TV in the corner and a small round dining table, walk in robe, front storage, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kitchen with cooking stove. Balcony as well as drying space. The best thing was the bathroom also had a drying functionality built in so if it was cold or raining outside, we could dry our clothes in the bathroom (has a timer).

We loved it and we'll definately be staying there again when we go back to Shinjuku.
