Narita airport to Shibuya area?

Hi, I'll be arriving in Tokyo on Monday July 7. How difficult is it to figure out how to get to a hotel in the Shibuya area? Will there be people at the airport that speak English that could help me?

Thank you!

Staff at information desks all speak English.

To Shibuya, you have 2 practical options:

1) JR NEX train directly to Shibuya:

2) Limobus:

Look at your hotel's website. There should be an Access page with directions from the airport.

http://www.hyperdia.com/ - for train routing options and fares throughout Japan.

I did find the Access page on the hotel's website and see that there is an express train from Narita to Shibuya Station, and that the hotel is a 3-minute walk from there. Thank you for pointing out the access page!
