Lough Foyle Ferry

Is the Greencastle-Magilligan ferry running at the minute or when does it start - nothing showing on their website!

I could be wrong but I think they run the same times as the Doolin ferries so April to September?

It definitely stopped in early October as I know people who were caught out and had to go the longer drive. I would hope it would start up again at Easter.

The Foyle and Swilly ferries were/are both apparently dependent on state subvention to allow continued operation. The availability of the subvention seems to have been very uncertain from year to year in recent times - hence the constant uncertainty re these services in recent years.
