If by 'dedicated' you mean a restaurant that only serves fish/seafood, then I cannot think of one in PP now.

However, there are plenty of places that have a good reputation for fish - Ca'n Josep, Bodega Can Ferra, La Llonja would be my first choices. Also Los Faroles, Stay and Amazo are worth a visit and some creative seafood and pasta dishes are produced at Moll de Bellagio.

I know from experience that the those mentioned have daily deliveries of fresh fish.

2 really good fish restaurants are Brisa Marina and Los Faroles. Close to each other. Wide fish menus. Owner of Stay was in Brisa Marina eating a while back and lots of locals always in there so good recommendation. Right down our street as opposed to a chain type feel you get from many.

There's no 'dedicated' fish restaurant (ie fish & seafood only); that would restrict their potential customer base too much.

La Llonja and Stay are the best for fish options IMO.

La Llonja has a tradition in fish as it's just by the harbour on the site of the old fish market in Port de Pollensa, the building being modelled on the theme of the original; take a look.
