Changing AUD in Mui Ne

Can you change AUD to Dong anywhere in Mui Ne? Going in a week and with the AUD going down thing cash might be better than a Credit or travel card.

Appreciate any thoughts.

Most resorts and restaurants will not take it, but you can change it at any bank. SCB Bank in Mui Ne next to the market changes all types of currencies.

Hi Steve

We will be changing British pounds when we come next month. Do you think it best for us to change it here in the uk or would we get a better rate in Vietnam?

Thanks

You will definitely get a better rate in Vietnam, currently 32000ish for a pound in one bank.

The rates in the black market are a little higher.

Hi

Visit all in Vietnam should have Vietnamdong (VND). I think in hotel they have change money service or you can go to some bank near hotel. You get exactly bank address, and check exchange rate at http://www.xe.com/?r=1

Good luck!
