European city by wheelchair

Hello, we will be stopping in Europe for three days in October. Can anyone recommend a city where it's not too difficult to push someone around in a wheelchair, that would also make for a pleasant tourist visit. We are thinking about Brussels, Milan, Lisbon, Geneva, Berlin and other cities in Germany. Any thoughts? Thank you!

Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, London, Vienna, Salzburg, and Lyon are the most accessible from those I've visited based on access to transport, sites and local stores/restaurants. Zurich and Geneva are both quite good, too. Paris is more or less accessible depending on your disability, metro not accessible but all buses are and curb cuts almost everywhere. Major sites and department stores are all accessible but most shops have a step or two.
