How can I download my travel map / pins list?

It would be really great if I could download my list of places that I have been, to edit and add info to.
Can you update the site to allow this?

You can edit your travel map easily by going into your profile & hitting your travel map link.
To add simply type in your new destination in the box above the travel map which says " Add a new location by city name " ..
Basically, you can only add another destination or delete ones you have already placed on your map. You can also add some to your favourite lists & move them around at anytime.

In short, they do not offer an export option for the travel map.

Maybe this feature will be developed in the future? It would be great to be able to upload and download from/to a csv file where one could put additional info, maybe even photos...

As far as I know this isn't on the list of planned features for the map redesign currently being worked on, but I've forwarded your request to our map editors to show them that you'd like us to add it!

the map could be so much better , its pretty lame . you should have you own blog pages too , map exports , photo integration . the videos are almost hidden away nowadays too .to be honest ive almost given up putting stuff up cos its so lame , all the photos are too small too . tripadvisor really needs to get more 'with it' ....before someone else does . then it will be like myspace v facebook . with all the advertising revenue and hotel referal linking they should invest some cash
