One of our guests put a review today but we can not see it,
We saw in this forum that reviews can be seen in 2 days or maybe weeks, according with the work of T.A staff.
But what happens if the guest do not get the "thank you for submited your review" '?
Most people are very busy and they are not going to spend a lot of time trying to put A Review again and again. They just had their holidays and now they are back to work, T.A.Please think about this.
Or is it necessary that we pay so the reviews can be seen? We are new TA, We payed for the business listing but TA service has been very bad.
Hope this time a solution won´t take a long time as usual.
