What is a "Visitors Seat" in Amer Airlines First Class 777?

We have never flown AA's first class and I've read where there is a Visitor's seat or something like that. What is it?

Also, there is a partition between the two middle seats, does it retract so the two people can talk?

Which seats swivel 90 degrees?

Thanks for your answers!

At a guess, the visitor's seat is probably the ottoman or footstool, which when the seat is reclined makes up the end of the flat seat/bed. It looks as if all of the seats swivel so that there is a bit of desktop that can be used for paperwork - looks like a nice touch.

I'm not sure about the dividers, but on other airlines they must be down for takeoff, landing and the safety briefing so I suspect the same on AA.
