Hi, i booked 2 flights in Jun 2014 for 2 people flying to New York via Manchester to Heathrow the onto JFK with BA for JAN 2014 paid in full. Last week i tried to sign in to manage my booking it wa saying " no flights booked" after calling them they told me the times had changed so i agreed to rebook, they did not email me or try to contact me to let me know about this problem. The following wk i tried to sign in and had the same problem, after calling someone in what i can only describe as a call centre as they couldn't care less answering me with robotic answers from a chalk board. I was informed the flights had been cancelled! no email nothing to let me know! They expect me to wait 10 days for my refund yet they took my money in 5 mins of booking the flights.
What is angering me they still have these flights for sale on the internet and their website.Someone else could have their holiday ruined like mine has. I have paid for my NY hotel and now have to wait for my refund to re-book flights elsewhere.
Willie Walsh you run a mickey mouse airline and don't care for your paying customers i hope you enjoy that massive 5 Million pay packet while your customers struggle with an airline that basically has rubbish customer service policies. I have had no reply to emails etc.
Anyone booking for New York Jan 2015 i would book elsewhere, you may turn up at the airport and have nowhere to go!!Edited: 12:47 pm, August 21, 2014
