Small claims court either by yourself or through a NWNF firm....expect them also to site Jet2 v's Huzar appeal if this was due to technical problems

Court. They will probably pay up before it even reaches court but you must instigate procedings for that to happen.. Step 3 of the MSE guidance as follows :

Small claims court but it seem all airlines using extraordanary circumstances are using the huzar v jet final appeal by jet 2 to delay all claims .

The appeal should be heard in the Supreme Court in about. ? God knows when

Best to wait till the supreme court rules on Huzar v Jet2.

If as experts expect the verdict goes for Huzar then resubmit your claim.

I would suggest hiring a barrister, to plead the case. Then, I would X my fingers, that I would get a bunch of money, at the end of the trial.

Good luck,

Hunt
