Direct flights from London to Las Vegas?

Just been looking up flights for next Feb/March for Virgin Atlantic. Flying from London direct to Las Vegas. They are all coming up with 1 stop!

Are they not going direct anymore?

There seems to be 4 airlines that fly non stop from LHR to LAS. And Virgin flies non stop from LGW.

You can find them by checking for flights on www.skyscanner.net .

Ok. Thanks for reply.

I must be looking in the wrong place. I put in for flights and keep getting flights showing 1 stop. I've been out there 13 times. I must be being particularly dense this morning!!

There's a filter on the left side of skyscanner where you can unclick the 1 stop and 2 stop options which will leave the non stop/direct flights.

simply Google " London to Las Vegas "

scroll down to " Flights from London U.K. "

There are two flights available Virgin and BA

NOTE the prices quoted are the same

AA partners with BA and Delta partners with Virgin.

good luck.

BTW, direct means no change of planes. Could include a stop. All non-stops are direct, but not all direct flights are non-stop. Good luck in Vegas.

Direct means the flight keeps the same number on all the legs; you can have a plane change.

Just to add to the confusion. "Direct" is used by people from outside the USA in the same way as "nonstop" is used in the USA.

Hi, I have just had a look on the VA website and as well as VS flights they also now show Delta flights and they are the non-stop ones. Possibly the VS flights on the days you want to fly are sold out and they are just showing Delta flights or VS don't fly there every day of the week?

The VS 043 out from the UK and VS044 on the return are direct, non-stop flights between London Gatwick - Las Vegas - London Gatwick.

You might be seeing a VS code share on Delta. Often those flight numbers are four digits. E.g. VS8043. If you were searching LHR or LON you may have been picking up a Virgin / Delta code share flight with the 1 stop in the US.
