Depends on what you like - Los Angeles, Hawaii, Tahiti, Cook Islands, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, San Francisco, Dubai and probably quite a few others !

I have just booked the same trip leaving in late February and returning April.

We have stopovers in LA and Hawaii on the way over and on the way back Rarotonga (Cook Islands) and LA. Our son is stopping at Fiji on the way back.

We are doing this as we feel we will never go across the Pacific again and a tropical island on the way back sounds relaxing.

But for others they prefer cities in the Far East. It's all up to you and what interests you. If budget is important you may be dictated to by the air fare and hence the route.

Happy planning!
