2. Re: Legit business?

There are dozens of threads here with hundreds of posts on them about Bravofly, just do a search. 90% plus are complaints.

If you have the BA PNR (that's the 6 character code that identifies your booking with them) you could go onto ba.com and make sure that your booking exists and all the details are exactly correct. Check regularily in case Bravofly cancel your booking for some reason without telling you, or BA change their flight times without Bravofly telling you.

If you don't have the PNR, or the details are wrong, your troubles are just beginning and any saving you thought you might make by not booking directly with BA will evaporate....

Do a search in the box above, there's at least a couple of threads about them in here already.

==========

...... apart from the bit where they sell tickets that an airline specifically doesn't allow in its terms and conditions?

Please feel free to read some of the most recent reviews of their company here

Of course, this is a bit pointless as you already booked so are locked in. Probably you'll be fine but next time, the point to ask "has anyone got any info or anything re this company please" is BEFORE the bit where you click on "buy now" :-)

7. Re: Legit business?

Trustpilot seems to remove reviews that are unfavourable. I was trying to find reviews on some company, all that I found were overly positive and written like adverts and others were removed because their authenticity was questioned. So comments here are probably much closer to the truth.

If Bravofly want to post links to sites where they are called scam artists, surely that says plenty about them?!!
