Has anyone used melatonin to Ray and combat jet lag?
After a few UK-Australia flights, I'm trying to hone the jet lag thing.
I refuse to use narcotics or benzodiazepines (like Valium or Xanax). (They are addictive and induce drowsiness but not restfulness.)
I have heard good things about melatonin, of taken diligently, to try and reset your circadian rhythm. Any advice?
I'm planning a Sydney-Edinburgh flight on jan 26th. (Dep SYD 1700, arr EDI 1010 on 27th).
