Hi, I bought two tickets from the BA site in Feb to go London-Johannesburg.
I looked at their site today and they're selling the exact same tickets for £244 less than what I paid for them. So I've paid nearly £500 more than what they're selling for now.
BA customer service were polite, but it was like talking to a brick wall.
What are my rights? What's the likelihood of getting a refund on the difference or at least some compensation?
