Well I figure you can only get your boarding pass for the return flight 15 days prior to your return flight.

.do we require another pass to return

=======

For sure. Think about it - its a different flight from a different airport in a different country on a different date !

Your return boarding pass will be available 15 days before your return flight. If you are unable to print this at home make sure you do it while you are away otherwise you will find your wallet will be emptied rather sharpish if you wish to fly home.

And don't whatever you do mention the dreaded 'On The Beach' route you took to buy your tickets.

Ryanair reserve the right to cancel tickets bought via travel agents, in practice I think they turn a blind eye but it's best just to keep it to yourself.
