Airfare payment

I hope to fly from the U.K. to South Africa, and then back to the U.K. on a return ticket. However, my money is in a South African bank. Can I pay for my air fare from my funds in South Africa?

You can if you have a credit/debit card.

Yes, I don't see what the problem would be, I buy tickets all the time when I'm staying in other countries and have never had a problem, as long as you have a current credit card it should be ok unless South Africa have different money laws, anyway your bank would know this, maybe send them an e-mail or call them.

as long as you have a current credit card <<<< connected to that bank account,

Otherwise he still has to get the money into a UK account to pay off the credit card (assuming its a UK one).

Can you transfer it to yourself using Paypal or HiFx, etc?
