ATL is very suffiant, if you flight is on time you shouldn't have a problem.
As long as your first flight is not delayed, you have plenty of time. I've made international connects in ATL with less time.
Thanks Uta. The flights are for next April and are with Delta, then Air France, operated by Delta. So I think it will be arriving into domestic terminal and departing from International terminal.
If it's booked on a through ticket it will be more than enough time.
Yea, thanks, it is a thru ticket. What happens IF the flights don't connect on time?
"What happens IF the flights don't connect on time?" - If you miss the connection then Delta will get you on the next flight with available seats which will probably involve an overnight stay in Atlanta - the airline might or might not pay for a hotel.
Keep checking that itinerary, its possible one or both of your flights may have a schedule change when you book this far out.
OK, Irish Fan... you mean possibly longer connection time?
Do all these still apply if not booked directly with the airline? ie: Expedia, lastminute, etc?
"OK, Irish Fan... you mean possibly longer connection time?"
Longer or shorter or "impossible". You won't know until if and when they change the flight time(s). Just keep an eye on it in case it happens.
