Own food on flight - restrictions?

We are flying next week with Thomson. We want to take some snacks particularly for are fussy kids! Are there any restrictions? Sandwiches, biscuits, Grapes and chopped carrots for example.

Will buy drinks after security.

No all fine to take on board so long as there is nothing liquid.

Depending on where you are flying to there may be restrictions on what you can import into the country food wise. So finish it all or dispose of on the aircraft if your unsure.

:-)

We always take some snacks on board as you never know what the meals will be like.

This, copied from the Thomsopn website :

Can I take my own food for the flight?

Yes. However, we can't provide heating facilities on board (although for infants, we are able to warm bottles of milk in hot water). Therefore, we would advise low-risk food such as pre-made sandwiches and snacks that can be eaten cold.

Take whatever you want. Except for fish, because of the offensive smell to others around you.

Might be worth avoiding cold baked beans?
