Aerolinas Argentina

I have been packing for this flight and I'm good weight wise, but my question is about purses. They make no mention of purses on their website so I called and they said a woman is allowed a small purse. Has anyone flown domestically with a full size carry on and a purse? My full size carryon fits the measurements, but my purse is big enough for a laptop computer. Will that fit the "purse" factor? I asked on the phone and they said it was all up to the gate and if they say no, it's a no. I'm only concerned because I am going to Antarctica and I want a full landing set in my carry on and my computer doesn't fit, but will in a "purse" thank you!

A carry on that fits the measurements plus a laptop in your purse?

I bet you will be the passenger who has less items on board.

It's been quite a while since I last flew Aerolineas domestically, but I fly LAN, which are supposed to be stricter, and I'm always amazed at how much extras passengers get away with.

Have a great time in Argentina!

I agree with the advice you were given... it will be up to the person on the gate or checkin.

We toured Argentina last year and flew out of AEP 3 times, not realising our Antarctic gear took us way over the limits (by about 5 kgs each).

But we had a guide for Buenos Aires city tours, who helped us checkin and she sweet-talked the desk each time. We bought her a big present when we left.
