Can some one please explain a little about this. Have not heard about it before. Is it a reputeable site, and what range of costs are involved to secure an upgrade ?

Thanks

Without reading all of the 200+ responses, it appears all are looking to upgrade Air Asia flights. I beleive these upgrades are available on other airlines,(even full service, such as Malaysia airlines ) Any one achieved this or attempting to do so ?

Thanks

Please don't start another thread on Optiontown on this forum - just go to the one that is already there and ask the question. Your answers are all in that thread.

Hi all,

I just wanted to mention that we have moved this discussion, here, to the Air Travel forum where it will be more visible to those who may be researching the company but may not specifically be traveling to/from Kuala Lumpur. As TravellingMitch mentioned, there is also a lot of information on the subject contained in the other thread.

Thanks for participating!

Best regards,

TA_Louise

I recently used option town to upgrade on Aeromexico from New York to Cancun roundtrip . We were upgraded both times and it made the travel more enjoyable. I paid a fee and was told it would be returned if we were not upgraded. The best part was using the lounges before the flights.

Another fool with an agenda and thinks spamming is the answer!

Ive been upgraded a few times to the flatbeds on Optiontown now. No guarantee but if members realise that there are very LIMITED seats if any are available and if you get upgraded its a bonus. If not your money will be refunded within about 5 days as promised less admin costs.

Read the rules which are very clear to avoid disappointment.
