Sept.2010. Purchased 2 rountrip tickets from CT to Quebec City. I tried to cancel or change the tickets one month in advance. Airfare.com service is terrible. Telephone wait time is excessive (about 20 minutes on multiuple occasions) and the staff is very poorly informed about their own rules and regulations. I was told different rules on several occasions. Bottom line was that any credit, exchange, or cancellation for this flight would have cost a penalty fee of $350 per ticket, which was the cost of the original tickets. BE AWARE. This is not a customer friendly company and their penalties (though written in fine print) are excessive for the industry.
