Leaving DOminican Republic - Liquid Issues

I was told (though I have not been able to confirm ANYWHERE), that when DEPARTING DOminican Republic you are not even allowed the 3oz or less liquids in the 1qt zip-lock bag.

Does anyone know if this is true and where I can find the info? WHat is one supposed to do if you have connecting flights and need to "freshen up".

Thanks

We found all the information we needed for our trip on this site: http://www.faa.gov/

Look under the "Travelers" heading in the right column, and click on "Preparing to Fly". This, or any number of links should answer your questions or direct you somewhere that can (I hope).

Otherwise try this one: dominicanrepublic-guide.info/getting.there/… It has several links that may help as well. Good luck!

We just came back a week ago tomorrow and we had no problems. I carried it in my carry on on the way to DR and on the way home.
