We have eaten here before and the food is mostly good, but service can be a bit slow. Suggest they have better training for staff or make it clear on the menu that if you order the mini pud and coffee you do not get cream! If we had been told on ordering then they would have made more money... More

We decided last minute to go out for food last night. The carpark was busy but when I enquired we were seated straight away. Food was nice and service was just okay, staff seemed to be rushing about not really achieving much. Im assuming there are several new staff members EG we were brought another tables drinks and a waitress... More

Me and my partner was going to Ogmore by sea with the dog. This is great because you are allowed to bring dogs into this restaurant. We sat outside which was lovely but apart from that it all went down hill there was tables in the beer garden to sit at but every empty table had piles of plates and... More

Food was cold when they served it. Overpriced. Waitresses provided a good service but that is the only positive side of this pub.

The outside area which is where we sat is very large and looks out to the river which is lovely on a sunny day. We had the macaroni cheese and faggots which were ok. They've got a good deal on at the minute which is two courses for £11.

Lovely veggie burger and delicious chips! Undercooked steak, bad wine, bad beer, bad desserts (memories of school dinners). They need to get sone better drink suppliers and if they make their own dessert then they should order in!

This pub/estaurant has a consistently high standard of good food and service. Also lots of promotions which as well as promoting business makes it interesting to visit. Visit regularly with friends and family. Thanks guys - keep up the good work!

This is a nice pub, very cosy and pleasant to sit in. It's a chain, but don't let it put you off because the food is actually pretty good. There's a good range of veggie dishes, and the pies are really tasty. It's waitress service too, and the staff are always friendly. A good spot for a casual meal.

We tried 2 country pubs for late lunch on our day out but both stopped serving food at 3pm. We drove past the watermill and noticed a sign outside with food served all day, We parked in the car park and went in, there were plenty of seating areas to have food. We were then shown to a table in... More

Visited The Watermill last Sunday 21st April. Table available straight away. Waiter took our drinks order but didn't receive them. After 30 mins waiter came over and took our order, he noted that we still hadn't received our drinks. Drinks finally arrived after my partner had finished his starter. Waited a further hour for our main course. we overheard a... More
