From the outside, with its terrace, it looks just like any other Cafe in the country but once one enters the main lounge, it is hard to image that we are not in 1958... Furniture, lights, colours, everything exactly as it would look them but...superbly restored and well kept. The fabrics are, naturally, modern but the effect is as perfect as to make one wonders how is it done. Cakes are good too and service is friendly and efficient. Central, large, easy place to stop between visits to the lovely churches in town or just to the shopsMore
This place manages to be both originally old fashioned and cool. We had a few cakes, and were genuinely impressed by the nice service and the owner's grand gesture of giving us a free cream roll to try. Very nice experience.
