I took my son here for his 17th birthday, and it was definitely a gift for both of us. First, the hotel and grounds are stunning. The setting of the restaurant is one of the most elegant I have ever visited. I was amazed at...how clean and pristine the restaurant is, given that it is outdoors, on a beach, in a jungle. The service was so very friendly and efficient. A tiny bit slow at times, but all the more time to enjoy the amazing ambiance and beauty of this place. The food was superb. My son actually ordered another salad after we finished dessert because it tasted so good (not because the portions were too small). I will dream of coming back to stay at Ibagari and to have more amazing meals at Luna Muna.More
Chef Alex, food and beverage manager Ingrid, and owners Carlos and Ana have created a culinary oasis of elegance and excellence between West Bay and West End, We ate multiple meals, from lobster eggs Benedict and the best avacado toast ever for breakfast to the...best burger ever with jalapeno jam for lunch to fish ceviche with coconut sauce as sunset appetizer to amazing lobster ravioli and grilled octopus for dinner. Truly everything we ate was unique, perfectly prepared, and perfectly served. My highest recommendation, from a diner with high standardsMore

Wonderfully innovative Caribbean cuisine, outstanding bar, and extensive wine list. Johanna and Jessy are wonderful bartenders. Jeannie, Aldo, Daniel, Osman, and the rest of the wait staff were very knowledgeable about the menu and wines and consistently provided helpful suggestions and guidance.

The special olives will be waiting for you.
Their menu, preparation, presentation, and quality of food is outstanding. The ambiance is romantic and idyllic. Most guests arrive early to hand on the sprawling deck with whirlpools and reflecting pools to take in the beautiful view and sunset. Many stay after dinner simply because,...it's the nicest spot on the island, at night.More

We were at the Hotel Ibagari for several days and totally enjoyed every meal at Luna Muna. The menu had a good variety and every meal was superb. The fish dishes were the best - very fresh. The waiters were very attentive. Atmosphere was over...the top. We had great meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many who dined came here from other resorts because it is so good.More

We enjoyed having you around and knowing that you liked all your meals. Thank you for sharing your experience and staying with us.
We are definitely looking forward to have you back! Maybe with some new desserts for you to enjoy.
Delicious absolutely delicious. I had the lobster salad and lobster risotto. It was great! My husband had the steak with the mushroom risotto and the tempura shrimp. The food and the setting are 5 star! He only things that marred our meal were 2 things:...1. The service. It was unorganized. Three people tried to take our order after we ordered drinks. It took quite sometime to order drinks, and were were never checked on after our meal arrived. I had to ask twice for another glass of wine. The waiter also joked with another customer when the customer made a rude remark in Spanish to our table then told us he said enjoy your meal. That was absolutely NOT the remark he made while passing our table. Ibagari cannot be responsible for the rude remark, but the waiter,s response was disgusting.
2. Another customer was spraying bug repellent while we were trying to enjoy our dinner. Definitely not a pleasant experience while dining.
Like I said if I could review on just the food and the setting it would be 5 star however the service was very bad and we were not made to feel welcomed. In fact this was the worst dinner service we had in Roatan.More

We had a beautiful girls day at Ibagari; Wonderful cocktails, tasty lunch in such a beautiful setting on Roatan! The design of the restaurant and pool area is gorgeous and we could use kayaks and paddle boards for the day. The staff is extremely attentive...and kind and very professional. Thank you so much for hosting, great memories were made by all of us!
